Can you repair my blinds?
We can only look at repairing blinds which are ours. That is, we do not repair blinds made or sold by any other company. In some cases, it is often a more cost-effective option to get new blinds. You may bring the blinds into your nearest showroom, or we can come out to visit you.
Do I need to prepare anything before my free measure and quote appointment?
It helps to have an idea of what you’re looking for — such as blinds, shutters, awnings, or curtains — and any preferred colours or styles. Make sure the windows are accessible so our consultant can measure easily. We’ll handle the rest, including product advice and fabric recommendations.
Is the quote really free and obligation-free?
Yes, absolutely. Apollo’s measure and quote service is 100% free, with no obligation to purchase. We believe in providing expert advice and transparent pricing — so you can take your time to decide what works best for your home and budget.
Do you service all areas for free quotes?
We offer free in-home measure and quote services across NSW, ACT, and QLD. Simply enter your postcode or contact your nearest Apollo showroom to confirm availability in your area.
How long does a free measure and quote appointment take?
Most appointments take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many windows you’d like measured and how many product options you want to explore. Larger homes or multiple product types may take a little longer so we can cover everything properly.
Do you sell Curtains, Security Doors, Flyscreens?
Yes, we do sell Security Doors and Curtains but we don't sell Flyscreens.
Where can I find your nearest showroom?
See the location closest to you by clicking here. Our showrooms have varying opening and closing times, so it is best to check with each showroom. Don’t forget our sales agent will come to you and each agent carries samples of blinds, fabrics and colours.
How long does it take to receive my blinds?
Each product has a different lead-time however we try and coordinate all products into one convenient delivery. In some situations it may be desirable for you to split the order so as to obtain some products ahead of others. Your sales agent or showroom consultant will be able to advise you of the lead-times for each product. Remember to have any existing window coverings removed prior to the installation of your new blinds (unless alternative arrangements have been made).
What warranty do you offer and how does it compare to other top brands?

How much does a blinds measure and quote cost?

How long does it take to install new blinds?
Once everything is ready, fitting the blinds is fairly quick. Times may vary from job to job but as an average, Blind 1 will generally take 20 – 30 minutes including bringing everything in. Every blind after that will take 10 -15 minutes.
How much do blinds cost for your home?
Everything we make is made to measure to the millimetre so it is difficult to give you a "square metre rate" or "piece rate". The main determinants of price are fabric and textile finishes and these are grouped from lowest to highest, so a "group 1" material will be the cheapest. Our design consultant can give you an exact costing in your home or you can get an approximation at our showrooms.
When will my blinds be ready?

What time are they coming to see me?
Once you make an appointment for a sales agent to come and give a free in home consultation you will be offered the next available day. The sales agent should then contact you the evening before or the morning of the appointment to confirm a time with you. The installers will also confirm a time on the morning of the allocated installation day usually by 9:30am.
What is the procedure for placing an order?
We require 50% deposit to initiate an order. The balance is due prior to installation. We accept all major credit cards as well as bank cheque, money order and cash. Some showrooms have eftpos access. We can also take your order over the phone with your credit card or you can mail in your payment to your local store. If there are any alterations to the order these will need to be clarified prior to placing the order as it may affect the price.
