We require 50% deposit to initiate an order. The balance is due prior to installation. We accept all major credit cards as well as bank cheque, money order and cash. Some showrooms have eftpos access. We can also take your order over the phone with your credit card or you can mail in your payment to your local store. If there are any alterations to the order these will need to be clarified prior to placing the order as it may affect the price.

Once you make an appointment for a sales agent to come and give a free in home consultation you will be offered the next available day. The sales agent should then contact you the evening before or the morning of the appointment to confirm a time with you. The installers will also confirm a time on the morning of the allocated installation day usually by 9:30am.

Each product has a different lead-time however we try and coordinate all products in to one convenient delivery. In some situations it may be desirable for you to split the order so as to obtain some products ahead of others. Your sales agent or showroom consultant will be able to advise you of the lead-times for each product.
