Smartwood® Features
All slats are washable and resist fading, peeling, cracking, and warping. Suitable for most areas in the house including high humidity areas. The Smartwood® Venetian Blinds range incorporates leading-edge technologies that raise the temperature rating from the conventional levels of 40-45oC to 55oC. What this means to you is that your Apollo Smartwood® Venetians will perform better at higher temperatures in our harsh Australian conditions, than many other products on the market.
The specific technologies used include polymer co-extrusion and a special high-temperature chemical formulation. The co-extrusion incorporates a lighter colour core that is less heat-absorbing.
