Refund Policy

At Apollo we care about our customers and under the Australian Consumer Law you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Apollo custom products are covered by a guarantee period and within this period you can ask for a repair or replacement if there is reasonable damage. Please refer to our Order Term and Conditions to get more information related to particular product.

You can also ask for a refund if the product has major issues. Nevertheless Apollo customer made products are manufactured to your personal measurements and requirements, hence cannot be returned if you no longer want the product.
