Just after our telephone conversation today I wanted to pass on my sincerely thank you for a job well done. Dan was our installer who came to measure up and go through everything after the initial quote. Even though I got 3 quotes and you were not the cheapest I pick you because of his customer service. He took time to discuss exactly what I was getting. I was quoted 8 weeks until the install and it was exactly 8 weeks. Dan came with a younger guy to install they were fast, efficient, and very friendly again going out of the way to clean up and give advice on use and even helped to take down a couple of extra things on the wall. I was so impressed. I am now thinking of getting more shutters put in and will definitely be asking for him personally. He was even great with our dog (who is very wary of strangers). Thanks again we are very happy with the final result.”
